My name’s Jack and the best way I can describe myself is a guitar addict. I’ve been playing this incredible instrument for almost two decades now, have a formal education in Popular Music, and have been fortunate enough to create music with some brilliant musicians over those years. Even after all that, I love the guitar more and more every day.

Most of you here probably know me from my YouTube channel, Jack Taylor Guitars.

I’m going to let you in on something now. I never wanted to be a YouTube personality of any kind! I started out posting backing tracks to YouTube on a faceless channel but, one day, I decided I was going to make a review video and face my fear of being ‘on the internet’. Turns out It’s the best thing I ever could have done.

Through making videos I’ve met some awesome people, had some wild conversations, and found something that I’m stoked to do so I consider myself incredibly fortunate that you amazing people show up to hear me talk about guitars.

But I can’t just play guitar and that’s it, right? That’s true. Skateboarding is another love of mine (even though being in my 30s it’s not as easy as it used to be). When I have time I enjoy sucking at video games, and I recently started collecting vinyl. That was a mistake, a wonderful, expensive mistake…
